Swedish Car maker Volvo Cars announced on Mar 2, 2021, the launch of its second all electric offering, the C40 Recharge.
Volvo has the XC40 all electric SUV, the C40 is an all electric crossover vehicle. It will have a range of 420 Kms, is expected to reach the 100km/hour mark in 4.9s and will feature Google built in.
The C40 Recharge has a lower roofline, three full inches shorter than the XC40. The roofline slopes down into a hatch-like rear. It has twin electric motors, one on the front and one on the rear axle, powered by a 78kWh battery that can be fast-charged to 80 per cent in about 40 minutes.
